Welcome to Next Stock, owned and operated by Otaner Tech Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Next Stock website (nextstock.ca) or mobile application (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
Next Stock provides users with stock price targets, tools to compare stocks, curated top 10 lists for value, dividend, growth, attractive, and pricey stocks for Canadian and US markets, and pre-built stock portfolios for various investment amounts (under $5,000 USD, $5,000, $10,000, $25,000, $50,000, $100,000, $250,000, $500,000, $1 million, $2.5 million, and $5 million).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account using your email address, Google Sign In, Facebook Sign In, or (soon) Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Subscription and Payments
Subscription payments are processed via Stripe. We do not process or store your credit card information directly. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Attempting to access accounts or data you are not authorized to use.
• Using the Service for illegal purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Service are owned by Otaner Tech Inc. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information or portfolio suggestions provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Otaner Tech Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any portfolio or stock information.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
